Fankle takes real action on your work, so trust is the whole product. Here is exactly how your data is held, what the assistant can and can’t do, and the line it never crosses: nothing is sent without your approval.
Your board is yours alone
Every card, lane, and account record is scoped to your account and isolated at the database level (row-level security), so one account can never read or touch another’s work.
Nothing is sent without your approval
Outward-facing moves are draft-and-hold: Fankle prepares the follow-up and parks it for you. Sending is always your call — it never happens without your explicit approval.
Your data trains nothing
Captured text goes to Anthropic (Claude) to classify and act on your work. Voice recordings are transcribed by OpenAI, and the audio is never stored on our servers. Neither uses your data to train their models — Anthropic and OpenAI are our two AI sub-processors.
Every move is logged and reversible
Each agent action is recorded on the card with a full audit trail, any applied step can be undone in one click, and the ledger keeps every capture you ever made, verbatim, with what became of it.
You hold the leash
Each lane has an autonomy dial, from “just suggest” to “handle the routine,” and risky or outward-facing actions are always held for your approval — never auto-applied past the line you set.
Export and delete, self-serve
Download everything you have as JSON, or delete your account and all its data — both from Settings, any time, no email required. We don’t sell your data.
